BOOKING 2022
Booking online is available 24/7 at https://www.menteith-fisheries.co.uk/2022-boat-booking/ . All you need to do is enter your name, email and contact telephone number, select day or evening, number of boats required and tick the box to say you have read the terms and conditions and risk assessment. See below if you encounter difficulties or phone the fishery on 01877 385664.
It is easiest to pay on arrival but you can make payment prior to arrival at https://www.menteith-fisheries.co.uk/product/menteith-online-credit-or-vouchers/ You alter the number of £1s in your basket to cover your fishing costs (at the CHANGE THIS NUMBER BELOW). You will be emailed a receipt and you should bring the invoice number to thefishery. We will then deduct the amount you use from the voucher. Extra money can be spent on flies/tackle etc or used next time. We can also refund.
You have to book each day individually. To book an All Day boat or a Late Day 2pm till dusk boat, please book both the day and evening sessions. For the late day session please enter “LATE DAY” as your first name.
To book tuition or rod hire please call the fishery on 01877 385664.
You can book by telephoning 01877 385664 but please do this during office hours unless it is urgent. If you wish to change or cancel a booking you need to email the fishery at bookingonline@menteith-fisheries.co.uk (unless it is urgent then telephone 01877 385664).
To make a club booking for the following season you need to email bookingonline@menteith-fisheries.co.uk with your request. bookings made a season in advance are generally confirmed in November prior to the new season.
Error messages when booking.
If your emails “dont match” it is usually because there is a space after the email.Clubs (2 boats or more per outing).
Other error messages that aren’t obvious usually mean that you need to refresh your page as the database of availability has been altered since you opened the page.
You need to complete all the boxes. If the screen goes green and confirms your booking – you have made a booking and will receive a confirmation email. Check that the details are correct. If you dont receive confirmation by email check your spam box before contacting the fishery.

If your day is already full and you would like to go on a cancellation list please email bookingonline@menteith-fisheries.co.uk.
Some emails have been lost in the spam box – so you will need to check this box (hotmail deletes spam after 10 days and gmail after 30). Good idea to add bookingonline@menteith-fisheries.co.uk to your contact list to stop it going to spam.
Booking Availability. The online booking portal shows when boats are available on all devices. It shows actual number available on all pcs and laptops (on a mouse hover over the date). This does not appear to work on iphones and requires perseverence on samsungs (but does work on the latter). Where boat number available does not pop up on hover with your phone the only way to establish if there is space for your booking (when you require more than one boat) is to try to book.
