Weekly Report 13th April 2010
Clarity 2.1m Water Temperature at 6ft 11C.
The fish catching appears to be a bit more spread out now and more warmth is evident in the top layers all over the Lake and not just in the shallow bays. Catches have been coming from the usual eastern haunts (Reedy Point, Hotel Bay, Shear Point, International Bay, Lochend and Tods Hole) but also Gateside and Malling. Buzzers, nymphs and lures (particularly yellow dancer) on a variety of lines have been doing the business.
