Hot Spots – North-east corner of the Lake from Kates Brae to Reedy Point was where the catches were over the weekend. Gateside Bay was producing fish also. In the dull conditions anglers were reporting success with a floating line and dries (e.g. klinkhammer) or smallish nymphs and buzzers. Given the clarity, I’d have thought if going wet, then something bigger and brighter might be an idea. The fish appear to be lying close to the reeds.
